Tom Wood Aviation is proud to be a FAR part 141 flight school (#1TWS915M). This allows our students to obtain their private pilot certificate in as little as 35 hours. As a Part 141 school we are audited by the FAA and must have detailed, FAA-approved course outlines and meet student performance rates. Most flight schools don't have the same accountability requirement. Your costs, like your safety are important to us. You will be provided with a cost breakdown when you come to Tom Wood Aviation, including the cost of flight training at 40, 50, and 55 hours. This allows you to see potential up-front costs with no hidden surprises.
