RENTAL INFORMATION
- Rates are per hour and include fuel at Tom Wood current per gallon prices.
- Aircraft scheduled for multiple days have a minimum day charge of 2.5 hours per 24-hour period.
- We reserve the right to substitute aircraft our discretion.
CLUB FEES
One-time initiation fee:Â $199.00Â *(waived with purchase of a Sporty's Deluxe Learn to Fly Course Kit
or Deluxe Instrument Rating Kit - $499)
Monthly fee: $50.00 (Credit Card on file Required)
CHECK OUT REQUIREMENTS
All aircraft require at least a valid pilot's certificate and a Tom Wood Aviation CFI check-out, in addition to any special requirements related to a particular aircraft.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
*all required documents MUST be on file*
- Pilot Certificate
- Medical Certificate
- Flight Review Endorsement
- Special Endorsements - As Required (High Performance, Complex, Tailwheel)
- Tom Wood Aviation Check-Out
- Tom Wood Aviation Rental Agreement
- Government-Issued I.D.
- Birth Certificate or US Passport
- TSA Clearance, if not a US Citizen
- Credit Card
